Dirty Car Art, Daisy the Goose, and a Little Life Update

Not too much going on around here. Looking forward to it being the weekend. Here's a couple of interesting links I have happened upon recently:

Dirty Car Art - This guy paints murals on his and his wife's cars in dust.

Daisy the Goose - I got this video sent to me at work, but I bet if you did a search on youtube for "Daisy the Goose" you'd find it. Pretty cool, I thought.

Saturday I have to get up before dawn to drive to take Geisha to gets her yearly vaccinations, etc. so that I don't have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to a greedy veterinarian. Instead I'll be paying something like $15 plus her heart worm preventative. That's just super. And since all Tobi needs is a heartworm test to get more preventive, I'll be willing to pay a little more for the convenience of not getting up so damn early. I don't even want to try to take them together. They are too unruly that way.

Then Saturday afternoon I'll be headed over Casey and Taylor's house for a nice Saint Patty's Day BBQ parlay. That should be tons of fun. Family, friends, meat, and booze, more specifically Irish Car Bombs. What more could you ask for?

Things should be going much better now and they are definitely headed in that direction. I finally got my own washer and dryer! And I got a good deal on them too because they guy said he couldn't get rid of the dryer because people are so picky and want their stuff to match and it's kind of a light yellow color, but I'm not picky. I just wanted a easier way to wash my damn clothes!! And since I paid him cash he knock the price down AND I got cheaper delivery than normal because he agreed to the price before knowing I lived up stairs! Wooo! I love getting deals on stuff.

Now we need to get a new bed! I found some place on Craigslist that's supposed to be having a liquidation sale and they said that king sets start at $245, so that's looking good. I don't think there is really anything else I need to buy right now, so I may put a couple of hundred dollars away for savings [or maybe a new tattoo]. I'm still not giving in to the creditor calls, but soon enough I should be able to start paying them back, at least little at a time. My mom's going to set me up as her assistant, doing filing, organizing stuff in her office at home and give me old books and stuff to sell on half.com. Once I get going on that I should be making a little extra cash, so that's good. I'll post links in here to books for sale so if any of you bitches see anything you like you can buy them from me. And since you'd actually be paying for it, I promise it would get there within a few days, and not months later! LOL

Oh! I do need to get my oil changed and buy a spark plug wire set for my car, so that's another $65 or so I'll have to spend, but I bet my car will run sooo much better. Jason and I went to change my two usual suspect plugs last night and they looked ok, but the wires were fully of nasty carbon junk, which isn't very conductive, so I'm told. I do want a new car though. Hahaha, I saw THIS scion at kroger's the other day and sent the photo to my friends who have xBs, as well as my mom, just to show her and she thought I went out and bought one! It was quite comical to me because 1. I probably would not buy a Scion, 2. If I did buy a scion, it would be a tC, NOT an xB [not hating, T, so don't get all uppity about it! ;P] and 3. I don't have any damn money for a new car!!

But yeah, nothing all that exciting going on around here. Just our usual family loving fun. Y'all have a good weekend! Stay green and be careful! Happy Saint Patty's Day!
